Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open the Libas Laundry App and sign in.
- Tap Account at the bottom, then Delete account.
- Choose Delete my login, or, if you are the laundry's Admin, Close the whole laundry.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.
Your login stops working at once on every phone.
What is deleted and what is kept

| Phone keys and device records of the app | Removed within 30 days |
| Invoices, payments and the laundry's customer records | Kept for up to 10 years where tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. A laundry that never made an invoice is deleted completely. |
| Card payment records (bank references, masked card numbers) | Kept as long as the bank and the law require. We never store full card numbers. |

حذف حسابك في لباس
- افتح تطبيق لباس للمغاسل وسجّل الدخول.
- اضغط الحساب ثم حذف الحساب.
- اختر حذف حسابي، أو إن كنت مدير المغسلة إغلاق المغسلة بالكامل.
- أدخل كلمة المرور واكتب DELETE ثم أكّد.
يتوقف حسابك فوراً على جميع الهواتف، وتُحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 30 يوماً. تُحفظ الفواتير وسجلات الدفع للمدة التي يفرضها القانون فقط. إن لم تستطع فتح التطبيق، استخدم النموذج أعلاه أو راسلنا عبر واتساب.
